What is your age limit?

We are open to all ages from Sunday - Thursday. However after 9pm on Friday and Saturday, we are a 19+ venue only.

Is outside food and drink allowed?

No outside food and drink are allowed on premises, especially outside alcohol. If you have any special requests for us to better accommodate your night, give us a call and we will see what we can do

Do you accept walk-ins? Should I reserve?

We do accept walk-in customers on a first come first serve basis. However, if you are planning on visiting us on Fir/Sat or with a large group of people, we highly recommend reserving your spot ahead of time.

When is last call? What time is the latest we can arrive?

We accept customers/parties until 1:30AM on Sun-Thu, and 1:45AM on Fir-Sat

Am I allowed to decorate the room?

Yes, you are welcome to decorate your room to celebrate your event. However, decorations that cause excessive messes such as glitter and confetti, are not allowed. Guests are expected to take all their decorations with them after their reservation.

What is the Fir/Sat drink minimum spend? What if my group doesn't drink?

Due to a high number of customers and a limited amount of rooms, on Fridays and Saturdays after 9PM, we have a $20/person minimum spend on drinks. Guests are expected to each spend $20 on drinks during their stay.

i.e. party of 8 spends $160 on drinks

If your group is not planning on ordering any drinks, we suggest booking your stay to end before 9PM or visiting us from Sun-Thu

How do deposits work? What are deposits for? Is it refundable?

Due to a high number of customers on Fridays and Saturdays, a deposit is usually required to secure your reservation. The deposit amount is the first hour fee for your room. The deposit amount is paid towards your total room cost on arrival and the remaining amount is then due.

Total Amount - Deposit = Amount Due

Deposits are fully refundable fi you cancel 72 hours prior to your reservation. Same-day reservation deposits are non-refundable.

What happens if I am late to my reservation?

Give us a call ASAP to notify us of any changes to your schedule. We will hold your room for 30 mins if there is a deposit, and 10 mins if there is no deposit. If we are unable to contact you within the times listed about, we will cancel your reservation and your will forfeit your deposit
